Quick to cook

The Ooni Karu 2 reaches cooking temperatures in as little as 15 minutes, has a top temperature of 500°C, and cooks 12” pizzas in just 60 seconds. Fill the Karu 2’s extra-large fuel tray with wood or charcoal for a traditional wood-fired experience, or attach a gas burner (sold separately) for easy propane-fuelled baking.

This oven is perfect for beginners and experienced pizza-makers alike, and is ultra-portable, so you can enjoy the freedom to cook amazing pizza year-round in your garden or on your next outdoor adventure.

Not just for pizza

Although it’s called a Pizza Oven, this is far from being a one-trick-wonder. Pellets cannot be used with Karu pizza ovens.

If you’re serious about making perfect pizzas and homemade loaves in your Ooni oven, you need this flat aluminium pizza peel. Not only does it make sliding dough in and out of the oven easy, but it also has a heat-resistant nylon handle to keep your hands safe from the heat.

At 30cm in diameter, it’s perfect for up to 12 inch pizzas. This peel is lightweight, easy to use and suitable for use with all Ooni pizza ovens.
