Kind to knives

Made from hard-wearing wood fibre, it has a non-porous surface to give it the resilience of a solid wooden chopping board. It also makes it waterproof and easy to clean – simply pop it in the dishwasher when you’re done. It’s kinder to knives than plastic boards, so they’ll stay sharp for longer, and the hard-wearing surface means it won’t damage as quickly as a plastic board.

Non-slip

With non-stick silicone feet in the corners, there’s no chance of it slipping from underneath the knife as you’re doing your prep. The generous juice groove around the edge stops any juices running onto your surfaces, so you can forget about having to clean both your chopping board and your counter top every time you want to get your chop on.
