With a sturdy tri-clad roaster and a matching stainless steel rack, it’s ready for all sorts of oven cooking.
The heavy-gauge tri-clad construction combines stainless steel with an aluminium core for even heat distribution, helping food cook more consistently without hot spots. The raised honeycomb surface and non-stick coating help with easy release, while the rack is ideal for elevating meat so fat can drain away as it cooks.
